Synopsis
It is the year 1937. A large Hutsul family, the Dzvonars, lives in an impoverished village near the Romanian-Polish border. The three eldest sons — Petro, Orest and Heorhii — play in a small orchestra together with their father, work as laborers for various ‘masters’, and all three love one girl.
