Our take

Director Stephanie Rothman injects subversive politics into sleazy 1970s exploitation with the wild, weird Terminal Island: a wily feminist allegory. And if you want another great reason to watch, it features future Magnum, P.I. stars Tom Selleck and Roger E. Mosley!
