Who needs rules? Provocateur and montage wizard Gyorgy Palfi’s second film is liable to shock at any moment, combining dark humor, political allegory, beautiful artwork, and deeply twisted body horror in the vein of Cronenberg. An acclaimed Cannes selection—but not for the faint of heart.
