Our take

With Limbo currently in cinemas, it is the perfect time to revisit Ben Sharrock’s darkly hilarious debut where every single frame is stuffed with absurdist visual gags. A damning critique of the recent economic recession, the film remains sympathetic to the plight of its kooky yet sweet paramours.
