PASSPORT TO PIMLICO

The unearthing of old documents leads to a small part of Pimlico declaring itself to be a legal part of the House of Burgundy, and therefore independent and exempt from post-war rationing and other bureaucratic restrictions. This leads to the need for a ‘Passport to Pimlico’.
