This stirring neo-realist drama from director Goutam Ghose is based on a short story by celebrated Bengali writer Samaresh Basu. A comment on poverty and marginalization in rural Bihar, its hypnotic pace showcases startling performances by Indian cinema doyens, Naseeruddin Shah & Shabana Azmi.
