Our take

Dallying along the streets of Berlin and Vienna, the latest film from American independent Ted Fendt drifts agreeably through the haze of three women’s creative ennui. Beautifully shot on warm 16mm, Outside Noise casts a languid, wryly comic eye on the restless contours of wanderlust and friendship.
