Mr. Gay World contest promises two gay Syrian refugees in Istanbul an escape from their lives and an answer to invisibility. A hidden view of the refugee crisis, a story of staying alive and turning the sadness and traces of physical/verbal violence into a resistance tool and a celebration of life.
