Our take

Among the funniest of Bertrand Blier’s satires, Ménage is quick to set up its central threesome and comic conceit before letting the verbal sparks fly. Michel Blanc won the Best Actor award at Cannes for his bravura performance in this provocative, and increasingly absurd bourgeois takedown.
