Our take

An American indie that took 26 year-old director Trey Shults (It Comes at Night) all the way to the Cannes Festival, the sleeper hit Krisha casts Shults’s own aunt Krisha Fairchild in this disarming, distressing confrontation with the reality of addiction. Winner of the Grand Jury Award at SXSW.
