Synopsis
Victor and Raya Frenkel were the golden voices of the Soviet film dubbing for decades. In 1990, with the collapse of Soviet Union, the Frenkels decided immigrate to Israel along with hundreds of thousands of Soviet Jews. However, in Israel there is no need for Russian speaking dubbing artists.
