Unlike his lavishly grotesque satires of the idle rich, Ruben Östlund’s untamed feature debut embraces a lo-fi aesthetic reminiscent of Harmony Korine’s early provocations. Starring an eccentric cast of non-actors, this wild urban adventure fights against the boredom of life with shocking antics.
