Fashioning the same gothic atmosphere as seen in the previous entries, the concluding chapter of Michio Yamamoto’s “Bloodthirsty Trilogy” also has the sly mischievousness of exploitation cinema. As prim schoolgirls become enslaved to the night, the lure of vampirism is at once malevolent and erotic.
